01 · Schedule

Testing of samples will begin only after payment has been received in full.
Payments are accepted by cheque or bank transfer.
If paying by cheque, the cheque must be handed to the person collecting the sample(s).
Activities falling under our accredited scope do not imply that the product tested, or the equipment calibrated, is approved by NABL / Any other accreditation or Regulatory Body.
Accreditation does not imply that Lab KinX's process, system, or personnel are approved by NABL / Any other accreditation or Regulatory Body.

02 · Confidentiality

Lab KinX is responsible, through legally enforceable commitments, for managing all information obtained or created during the performance of laboratory activities.
Lab KinX will inform the customer in advance of any information it intends to place in the public domain.
Information the customer makes publicly available is not treated as confidential.
All other information is considered proprietary and shall be regarded as confidential, unless otherwise agreed between Lab KinX and the customer.

03 · Payment

Testing will not commence until full payment has been confirmed. Please ensure cheques are made out exactly to LAB KINX PRIVATE LIMITED.
